HOW DO WE BOOK?Our easy online booking system consists of the completion and signing of our contract and paying the non-refundable retainer of €500 which will reserve your date with us. This amount is deductible off your final balance.WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?Final balance is due latest 3 days after your wedding day or you can pay it off before the wedding if you are from outside of Cyprus.HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?Each wedding is unique so the number of images will vary from wedding to wedding. As a guideline, you can expect to receive 800+ fully edited images.HOW LONG BEFORE WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS & VIDEO?A sneak peek within 7 days from your wedding day. The rest of your photos will be ready 8-12 weeks after your wedding date and video takes 16-28 weeks. Video takes longer as the season progresses due to the number of clients that book us for video. We always aim to give you a high quality product to enjoy forever more so we don’t rush on your final products.HOW WILL OUR PHOTOS & VIDEO BE DELIVERED?Once all the editing is completed, you will receive a link to your private online gallery for your photos and video. A USB with all the photos and videos will be posted to you too.DO WE CHOOSE THE IMAGES FOR OUR ALBUM?You will pick 90 images from your online gallery for your album that we will use to custom design your storybook album.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR ALBUM?The first draft of your album will be ready for approval 14 days after you’ve selected your favorite images. Once approved and submitted to the printers the album will be delivered to you after 14 working days.AM I ALLOWED TO PRINT MY PHOTOS?Yes, we will give you a print release to print to your heart’s content.CAN WE GET THE UNEDITED PHOTOS AND VIDEO?You’ve hired us for our style, our art, our creativeness. The editing of your photos and video is the biggest part of what we do. You will only receive our best work. We have to ensure every photo & video that leaves our studio lives up to our reputation and brand, therefore no unedited photos or videos will be handed over.DO WE MEET YOU BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY?We will not meet with you before the wedding day unless you visit Cyprus during the winter. We can gladly have a video chat and we are always available via email. You will complete a pre-wedding questionnaire which will provide us with all the information we need for your wedding day followed by a final confirmation email before you fly out to Cyprus.CAN YOU HELP US PLAN OUR TIMELINE?Yes, absolutely! We can guide you to ensure there is enough time for photos, video and fun.WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?If you need to reschedule your wedding date, get in touch with us to see what dates we have availability and we can work together to move your date at no extra cost. However if you cancel for any reason or postpone and we are not available, the retainer is non-refundable.
